From mega-conferences like Cisco Live, Microsoft Ignite, and Black Hat to highly specialized partner summits and multi-city LATAM roadshows, I led strategy, execution, budgeting, and on-site operations for dozens of events annually.
My role spanned end-to-end production — from pre-show planning and booth design to lead capture systems, speaker coordination, logistics, vendor management, and ROI analysis.
